Associate
BCG Associates work alongside Partner and Principal consultants on strategy engagements across industries. The role combines rigorous analysis with creative problem-solving, and Associates typically work on two to three concurrent projects.
What you'll be doing
- Lead workstreams within larger client engagements
- Build frameworks and models to answer complex strategic questions
- Conduct primary and secondary research
- Present findings to C-suite clients
- Mentor junior colleagues and interns
