Clifford Chance is one of the world's pre-eminent law firms. Their training contract is one of 45 offered each year and provides a four-seat rotation across corporate, finance, real estate and dispute resolution, with the option to complete a client or overseas secondment.
What you'll be doing
- Draft and review legal documents and agreements
- Conduct legal research across multiple jurisdictions
- Support partners on cross-border transactions
- Coordinate with international offices on global deals
- Develop specialist knowledge in chosen seat areas
