EY's Climate Change and Sustainability practice is one of the fastest-growing teams in the firm. Graduates advise organisations on net zero strategy, ESG reporting, sustainable finance and climate risk management.
What you'll be doing
- Support clients in developing net zero roadmaps and transition plans
- Conduct carbon footprint assessments and lifecycle analyses
- Assist with ESG reporting frameworks (TCFD, GRI, ISSB)
- Analyse climate risk and develop mitigation strategies
- Present sustainability recommendations to client leadership
What they're looking for
Required
2:1 degree (environmental, economics, science or business)Genuine passion for sustainability and climate actionStrong analytical skillsExcellent communication and report writing
Nice to have
Knowledge of TCFD or GRI frameworksExperience in carbon accountingAdvanced Excel or data analysis skills
