Unilever's HR Future Leaders Programme places graduates at the centre of its people strategy. Trainees rotate across business partnering, talent management, reward and learning, developing into HR leaders who drive organisational performance.
What you'll be doing
- Partner with business leaders on people strategy and organisational design
- Support talent acquisition and onboarding programmes
- Analyse people data to identify trends and risks
- Manage employee relations cases with manager support
- Lead elements of the Unilever learning and development calendar
What they're looking for
Required
2:1 degree (any discipline, HR or psychology valued)Strong interpersonal and influencing skillsData analysis and reporting abilityGenuine passion for people and organisational development
Nice to have
CIPD student membershipPrevious HR or people-related internshipKnowledge of employment law
