The Barclays Graduate Programme spans finance, technology, operations and risk. Graduates join with a cohort, complete structured rotations, and receive dedicated mentoring from senior leaders across the business.
What you'll be doing
- Complete two or three structured rotations across business areas
- Contribute to financial reporting and planning processes
- Support risk management and regulatory reporting
- Present findings to senior stakeholders
- Lead elements of the graduate development programme
