Technology Graduate Scheme
BT Group's technology graduate scheme develops engineers and technologists who will build the UK's digital infrastructure. Graduates work across 5G, fibre broadband, cloud, and software development, with the chance to contribute to national connectivity programmes.
What you'll be doing
- Design and build software solutions for BT's products and platforms
- Work within agile squads delivering digital services
- Contribute to BT's cloud and infrastructure transformation
- Collaborate with product, commercial and operations teams
- Participate in the graduate development programme and complete rotations
What they're looking for
Required
2:1 degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplineProgramming skills in at least one languageUnderstanding of networking or cloud conceptsCommercial curiosity
Nice to have
Cloud certification (AWS, Azure or GCP)Experience with DevOps or CI/CD pipelinesInterest in telecoms infrastructure
