Goldman Sachs Investment Banking offers a two-year analyst programme working on mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets transactions. Analysts work directly with Managing Directors and clients on live deals from their first week.
What you'll be doing
- Build financial models and valuation analyses
- Prepare client presentations and pitch books
- Conduct industry and company research
- Support execution of M&A and capital markets transactions
- Participate in client meetings and due diligence processes
What they're looking for
Required
Strong academic record (2:1 minimum)Excellent quantitative and analytical skillsProficiency in Excel and PowerPointHigh attention to detail
Nice to have
Previous IB internship experienceUnderstanding of financial statementsCFA Level 1 progress
