Graduate Management Training Scheme
The NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme is one of the UK's largest graduate programmes. Trainees join one of five specialisms — General Management, Finance, HR, Informatics or Policy — and complete a two-year development programme within NHS Trusts.
What you'll be doing
- Lead improvement projects within NHS hospitals and trusts
- Analyse operational and financial data to improve services
- Support senior managers in running complex healthcare services
- Engage with clinical staff on process improvement
- Contribute to NHS strategy and transformation programmes
