Unilever has one of the most ambitious sustainability programmes of any consumer goods company. Graduates on the sustainability rotation of the Future Leaders Programme work on Unilever's Compass sustainability strategy, covering everything from regenerative agriculture to plastic reduction.
What you'll be doing
- Support delivery of Unilever's net zero and plastic commitments
- Analyse supply chain sustainability data and identify hotspots
- Engage with supplier partners on sustainability improvement programmes
- Contribute to ESG reporting and stakeholder disclosures
- Work with brand teams on sustainable product innovation

Required
2:1 degree with sustainability, science or business componentData analysis skillsSystems thinking and commercial awarenessStrong written communication
