Operations Manager Graduate
Amazon's Operations Management graduate scheme puts graduates in charge of teams of up to 80 people within Amazon's fulfilment centres from day one. It is one of the fastest accelerators into leadership available to graduates in the UK.
What you'll be doing
- Manage shifts of 20-80 associates in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Drive safety, quality and productivity metrics
- Lead process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Coach and develop your team members
- Use data to identify and solve operational problems
