Graduate Leadership Programme
The British Red Cross graduate programme develops the next generation of humanitarian leaders. Graduates work across operations, fundraising, international programmes and communications, gaining a broad view of how a major international NGO operates.
What you'll be doing
- Support delivery of humanitarian programmes in the UK and overseas
- Contribute to fundraising campaigns and donor stewardship
- Analyse programme data and contribute to impact reporting
- Build partnerships with government and corporate supporters
- Represent the Red Cross at external events and stakeholder meetings
What they're looking for
Required
2:1 degree in any disciplineCommitment to humanitarian valuesStrong written communication and research skillsAbility to work sensitively in complex environments
Nice to have
International development or NGO internshipArabic, French or other language relevant to humanitarian workFundraising or partnership experience
